Errante: Reviews & Ratings
We tried the out-of menu dumplings, the pulled pork bao and different kinds of sushi. Everything was amazing!! Service was impeccable! We strongly reccomend trying the Japanese beer.
Such a nice place with delicious food and a really friendly and sweet cook/owner who gave us recommendations and explained the dishes very thoroughly. One can clearly see how much effort he puts into them. Everything we had, the ravioli, the sushi and the bowl looked so beautiful and tasted amazing. Thank you for this very nice evening and the amazing experience
This is an excellent restaurant, truly deserves its five star reputation. Food there was incredible, owner was extremely nice and helped us understand the menu. The dishes are very creative and the owner/chef clearly cares about his food. Will absolutely stop here again.
Away from the beaten path, Errante, italian for wandering, is a journey through world’s cuisines with a strong Asian/Japanese base. Its dishes are rounded, colorful and great in their simplicity. Errante’s key trait is that of combining ingredients usually found in local Italian kitchens with staples from the eastern world.
Absolutely delicious food. I wasn’t expecting to find the best Asian themed food I’ve ever eaten, to come from Italy, but this place sure delivered. The staff is super friendly and kind. As soon as we sat, the chef came out and explained the entire menu, where he traveled for inspiration and the core ingredients of the dishes. Five star service. As we ordered a few things to split between two people, the chef also made sure to split the dishes into two portions, for simple eating. And the food, as I said earlier, was world class tasty. Juicy dumplings, flavorful rice balls, amazing sushi and fantastic katsu. All in all, this place deserves it’s spotless 5 star review
We were honestly a bit sceptical when we found a 5 star restaurant very close to where we stayed. Even more when we came to the restaurant. But the food and the experience was outstanding. We asked the owner for advice on what to try and we started with 4 different ravioli followed by the chicken bao bun and finally salmon sushi. Everything’s was really delicious. It’s easy to taste that the owner and chef really does a big effort making everything from bottom and with great care for every piece of food he serves. The food was accompanied by a very tasty beer. All our highest recommendations.
Wow! This place was incredible and completely exceeded our expectations. The pork dumplings and chicken bao buns were out of this world! The flavors just exploded in your mouth. We’ll definitely be back before we leave.
Been to Errante couple of weeks ago and I wasn’t disappointed. Dumplings were amazing and really nice and the Bao we ordered were simply amazing. Definitely a place to try in Rome. Dario does the best to keep people happy and satisfied.
